Why not try some of these ideas for a great start to the day?
Younger Children
Kingsmill 50/50 (or Kingsmill 50/50 with Omega 3) is a great choice for younger children
- Boiled egg with toasted soldiers and a glass of orange juice
- Jam on toast, a glass of milk and some strawberries
- Beans on toast with a glass of orange juice (look for low salt and sugar beans)
- Mashed up banana on toast with a little drizzle of honey and a fruit smoothie
For All the Family
- Half a grapefruit followed by scrambled egg on toast
- Peanut butter on toast with fresh fruit
- Mushrooms on toast with a low fat fruit yogurt
