Carbon Footprint

In 2009 Kingsmill became the first bread manufacturer to use the Carbon Trust's Carbon reduction label. This label is proudly displayed on our three best selling loaves, Kingsmill Soft White, Kingsmill Tasty Wholemeal and Kingsmill 50/50.

The good news continues! We have just completed the two-yearly re-certification process and have achieved a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of each of our 3 certified loaves - Soft White, 50:50 and Tasty Wholemeal.

Slicing Emissions

Kingsmill is continually looking for new ways to continue its journey to help the environment. We have introduced 25 environmentally friendly trucks to our fleet ensuring 'We are on the road to slicing emissions.'

Recycled Packaging

At Kingsmill we try and keep waste to a minimum. That is why on our Little BIG Loaf® range we use packaging made from 100% recycled virgin food packaging material.
