Guideline daily amounts
Guideline Daily Amounts (GDAs) are a guide to how much energy and certain key nutrients are required for a healthy diet. These include calories, sugars, fat, saturated fat and salt. GDAs are guidelines for an average person with a healthy weight and an average level of activity.
GDA information can be found on every Kingsmill loaf and pack of rolls.
