Breakfast treats

The Big Brunch

Serves 2, 20 mins preparation

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kingsmill Muffin per serving, or 2 slices of Tasty Wholemeal per serving (with spread or butter if required)
  • 4 lean back bacon rashers, grilled
  • 2 eggs - scrambled
  • Baked beans (reduced salt and sugar)
  • Chopped parsley or chives
  • Brown sauce or tomato ketchup

Method:

Grill bacon and keep warm. Cook the scrambled eggs and divide them between the two muffin halves (or two slices of toast). Top with the bacon and add a good spoonful of hot baked beans. Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley or chives and serve immediately with brown sauce or tomato ketchup on the side.
