Great sandwiches
Cheddar, Bacon and Apple Chutney Sandwich
Makes 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Kingsmill Seeds & Oats Soft & Crunchy or Kingsmill Seeds & Oats Wholesome & Nutty bread (with spread or butter if required)
- 2 crisp green lettuce leaves, shredded
- 75g low fat Cheddar cheese sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons apple chutney
- 2 rasher lean back bacon, grilled
Method:
Divide the shredded lettuce between 2 slices of bread, and top with the slices of cheese and tomato. Add a spoonful of chutney to each sandwich, then cut the bacon into pieces and sprinkle over the chutney. Top with the remaining bread slices, cut in half and serve.
