Carrot and Cheese Combo Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices Kingsmill Crusts Away! 50/50 (or Crusts Away! White )
- 50g hard cheese (look for low fat versions)
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 large tomato sliced
- Handful of cress
Lay thin slices of cheese onto one slice of bread, and then add
a layer of tomato slices. Combine the grated carrot and cress, and
then sprinkle on top of the tomato. Finish by placing the remaining
slice of bread on top, cut in half and serve.
