Houmous with Carrot and Celery Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices Kingsmill Crusts Away! 50/50 (or Crusts Away! White)
- 50g houmous
- 5cm piece celery, thinly sliced
- 4 slices cucumber
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 teaspoon low fat mayonnaise
Spread the houmous onto one slice of bread, place the cucumber
and celery on top then sprinkle on the grated carrot. Spread the
low fat mayonnaise onto the other slice of bread and place
(mayonnaise side down) on to the sandwich. Cut in half and
serve.
