Crunchy Salad Pockets
Ingredients:
- 2 Kingsmill 50/50 Pockets
- 2 crisp lettuce leaves shredded (try iceberg for extra crunch)
- 1 tablespoon coleslaw
- 2cm cucumber diced
- 1/4 crisp apple, diced
- Handful of chopped walnuts (optional)
Pop open the pockets by gently squeezing the sides, and place
half of the shredded lettuce into each one. Combine the remaining
ingredients in a small bowl and split the mixture between the
pockets.
