Quick Chicken Satay- Style Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of Kingsmill Soft White bread
- 50g smooth peanut butter (low fat if preferred)
- Sliced cooked chicken breast
- 2 crisp lettuce leaves
- 1 sliced tomato
Spread the peanut butter on both slices of bread, layer the
chicken, lettuce and tomato slices on one piece. Cover with the
remaining slice (peanut butter side down). Cut into quarters, and
serve.
