Tuna, Cheese and Pickled Onion Deli Softs
Ingredients:
- 2 Kingsmill 50/50 Deli Softs
- 1 tin dolphin friendly tuna, drained (undrained weight 185g)
- 1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
- 4 silverskin pickled onions quartered
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives chopped
- Black pepper to season
- 2 slices of Emmental cheese
- Green leaf salad
Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise, silverskin pickled onions and
chives along with a twist of black pepper. Take the
Kingsmill 50/50 Deli Softs and place the Emmental cheese slices on
the halves, divide the tuna mixture between the two, add
the salad and top with the other half of the Deli Softs.
