Tracy's Lovely Toasted Sandwich!
Ingredients:
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1 egg
- strawberry or grape jam
- butter or spread
- 2 slices of Kingsmill white bread
- sunflower oil (to fry egg)
Time required: 8
Grill bacon while frying the egg in a little sunflower oil. Toast
the bread then butter and spread the jam on one piece of toast.
Follow that with the bacon and fried egg. Place buttered toast on
top and cut in half to enjoy. No I'm not pregnant this is a lovely
toasted sandwich!
