Summer BBQ Competition Terms & Conditions
1. All comments submitted concerning Sarah Warsap's recipe or new recipe submissions, from registered visitors who have opted in to be contacted by Kingsmill, will be entered into a competition to win one of four Weber Compact 47cm Charcoal BBQs. One of the four winners will also be chosen to win a summer BBQ party set. The summer BBQ party set consists of a Broad Stripe Butchers Box (6 x Sirloin Steaks, 6 x Chicken Legs, 6 x Pork Loin Steaks, 1 x Lincolnshire Sausages (8 pack)). The summer BBQ party set also includes 18 bottles of Hardys wine (6 x Hardys Stamp of Australia Semillon Chardonnay, 6 x Hardys Stamp of Australia Shiraz Cabernet, 6 x Hardys Stamp of Australia Rose).
2. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. Prizes as specified. In the event of unavailability alternative prizes of equal or greater value will be issued.
3. All submissions are subject to moderation. Please notify us at consumerservices@alliedbakeries.co.uk if you do not wish to be entered into the competition.
4. The competition is open to all residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of Allied Bakeries, its agencies, or anyone professionally connected to the competition.
5. There is no limit to the number of entries per person allowed.
6. This competition will run from 24th June until 22nd July 2010.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Each week a panel of judges will select their favourite submission from the previous seven days. Four draws will be made in total. Once four winners have been drawn the judging panel will select one of the winning submissions to receive the summer BBQ party set. This additional competition prize will be awarded during the fifth week of the competition. The draws will take place on the following dates; 1st July, 8th July, 15th July, 22nd July and 30th July.
9. The judging panel's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner of each weekly draw will be announced on the Website no more than 24hrs after each draw is made.
11. We will contact you by email no more than 72hrs after each weekly draw to notify you if you are a competition winner and arrange delivery of your prize(s).
12. No responsibility can be accepted for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered at www.kingsmillbread.com during a submission to the Website. We try to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions to service. The promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Website without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasons beyond its control. You are responsible for all internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please obtain permission from the person that does.
13. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this competition. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or change in your personal circumstance that may result (save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
14. Your submission implies acceptance of these rules.
