Terms and conditions of use

1.      All submissions are subject to moderation. Unapproved submissions will not be published.

2.      A panel of judges may select some of the best confessions to appear on our Kingsmill packaging from all the approved submissions received. If selected we will obtain your consent before publishing your confession on our packaging. No additional remuneration will be offered in this instance and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or change in your personal circumstance that may result (save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

3.      The judging panels' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.  

4.      We need your name and email address when submitting your confession so that we can notify you if your confession has been chosen to appear on our Kingsmill packaging. We will not contact you for any other reason unless you have agreed to receive further communications from us.

5.      No responsibility can be accepted for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered at www.kingsmillconfessions.com during a submission to the Website. We try to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions to service. The promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Website without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasons beyond its control. You are responsible for all internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please option permission from the person that does.

6.      You may be required to take part in publicity if your confession is selected to appear on pack. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or change in your personal circumstance that may result (save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

7.      We may release personal information if it is deemed to be needed to prevent or detect a crime or catch and prosecute a suspect. 

8.      Your submission implies acceptance of these rules.
