THORPE PARK Competition Terms & Conditions Offer

1.    All Top Tips submitted on the Kingsmill Website (www.kingsmillbread.com) will be automatically entered into a competition to win one of 5 pairs of day passes to THORPE PARK. Please notify us at consumerservices@alliedbakeries.co.uk if you do not wish to be entered into this Competition.

2.    The Competition is open to all residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of Allied Bakeries, its agencies, or anyone professionally connected to the competition.

3.    There is no limit to the number of entries per person allowed.

4.    This competition will run from 1st April 2010 to 21st June 2010.

5.    No purchase necessary.

6.    A panel of judges will select their 5 favourite Top Tips based on the originality of the submission. This will take place week commencing 21st June 2010.

7.    Five winners will each receive a pair of day passes to THORPE PARK which will be sent out by post week commencing 28th June 2010. Additional expenses incurred for travel and food are not included. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.

8.    In the event of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute alternate prizes of equal or greater value.

9.    The judging panel’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10.    A list of winners’ and judges’ names will be available on request by emailing consumerservices@alliedbakeries.co.uk on or after 28th June 2010.

11.    We need your name and email address when submitting your Top Tip so that we can notify you if you are a competition winner. We will contact you week commencing 28th June 2010 to notify you if you are a competition winner. We will not contact you for any other reason unless you have agreed to receive further communications from us.

12.    No responsibility can be accepted for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered at www.kingsmillbread.com during a submission to the Website. We try to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions to service. The promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Website without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasons beyond its control. You are responsible for all internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please obtain permission from the person that does.

13.    Winners may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this competition. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or change in your personal circumstance that may result (save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

14.    Your submission implies acceptance of these rules.
